Committee on Records

The purpose of the Committee on Records is to create a comprehensive binder to provide an insight to others about Western Kentucky University’s unique chapter of the Kentucky Public Health Association. Through the making of this binder, we hope that others may be able to understand how WKU’s chapter is run, and to show the experiences that we have here in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Activity Committee

As an Activity Committee, we seek to make KPHA known at WKU through various programs and activities on and off campus. This year we have been successful in multiple programs, including: the Majors and Minors Fair, the International Festival, Homecoming, and Cookies for Kids. We hope to continue campus and community awareness of WKU’s involvement in KPHA.

Fundraising Committee

The overarching purpose of the Fundraising Committee is to raise money to fund and finance various projects and programs. Some projects that we have been working on are the annual Soup and Bake Sale, and a WKU-restaurant partnership, in which local restaurants take a particular day during the week and donate all of their profits to the WKU KPHA chapter.
